I've spent my career inside insurance companies, not advising them from the outside. I've built partner programs from scratch, managed multi-state sales teams, and sat in the rooms where distribution strategy gets made.

Now I bring that experience to carriers and insurtechs as a fractional consultant through Urbanely Affable. I embed with leadership teams to solve specific distribution and growth challenges, working alongside your people rather than in a silo.
